You guys are going to talk this to death. What is it about "it is now my land...new rules" that you don't get. Why does he need to be nice to trespassers? The trespassers knew they did not own the land or have a right to it. This site amazes me. You want people to obey the law, go to work. do the right thing, then you start making excuses for bad behavior.
He has to decide....does he want to be a popular smuck...or control his property.
Bet if he trespassed and parked his junk in the yard of their (trespassers) house, all HEii would break loose.
