Does it matter if I adjust the valves hot or cold? I saw one post saying doesn�t matter much on these old engines. And what with having to take the gas tank off when the engine�s hot to get to the valves, I like the adjusting it cold idea. Following post suggests �staking� the rods, or adjusting to .012 inches cold.
