Biggest difference I see is you used to be able to go into a doctor office and get all sorts of things fixed ON THE SPOT ! Now it is an endless run around to this doc and that doc. What a disaster ! Lots of incompetent ones around too. If your lucky you get a good one first time through. Our family has not been so lucky. Most often we have to get butchered on by a few bad ones first then try and find one to correct what they damaged. Not too much different than finding a good repair person anymore either.
