Rich, I could not find your other post. I do know that in the winter especially, I can crank my 52 8N and when it is out of gear, the oil will be thick enough to try to make it creep forward. I assume it is the oil on a shaft or oil slinging from one gear to another one that is very close. I remember seeing wheels on back hoes spin like that a lot over the years when off the ground with the outriggers down. Richard
