Pulsating is caused by uneven fingers. Some times the pin on pivot of finger comes part way out so look at them. If it has the button on end of fingers, one may have come loose, common . Some buttons are staked so tight they cannot come loose, others are not. The clutches with adjusting screws at pivots are easier to adjust. If fingers are worn, bets are off. I have adjusted a lot of them over the years to get them nice and even. Takes some dinkering around as I use a long light feeler gauge, rope on clutch pedal and go at it . Then when you get them even , if possible, turn engine a third of a turn and recheck. If they changed, you have more problems, like worn out release bearing carrier.
