Ya,there are two communities of them just north of here,one east of town,one north. One of them can use chainsaws,air compressors,air tools,the whole works. The other can't use any of that. The Bishop says so and that's the way it is. Their Bishop isn't the oldest or wisest. You don't work your way up through the ranks. When a new Bishop is chosen,it's by lottery. All adult male members of the community are in the lottery and are chosen totally at random to make sure it's God's Will,not man's.
