Since no one has offered any real advise, I'll offer mine...
As with most antique earth moving equipment, unless you've found a really rare piece, chances are there is little cash value in it.
Now if you are a collector, a tinkerer, someone interested in the unusual or just like a challenge to restore something, and are willing to invest many times more than the value of such, including parts and time invested, then by all means, give it your best to save it!
It is cute, and probably not many of them left, and it would be a shame to see it go to scrap. But it would definitely be a DYI project. Trying to hire it moved and restored would be cost prohibitive unless it has sentimental value, or just something you really want to see done.
This is just my personal, unprofessional opinion, so take it for what it is. This could be a priceless collectors item, or have nothing more than scrap value, somewhere in between! You might contact someone about the article below, see if they have any knowledge to share.
