I'm having some issues with the inline pump from my 1030 case. It sat for probly 20 years and now I'm trying to get it to work. What I get is good fuel from 3 holes, some foam from 2 and nothing from one. The rack moves free from the front, but moving the throttle does nothing. I'm guessing stuck plungers? I took the side cover off and it looked good inside with no evidence of rust or corrosion. Any suggestions on how to fix this? My budget is very tight and I would like to avoid having to pay someone if I can.
