One thing that is a sure red flag, referring to "the item" or "it", says this is a form letter that has been mass mailed to as many posters as possible in hopes of getting a hit.
Think about it, every time I have responded to an ad, I assume the person may have several items listed. I always name the "item" specifically so there will be no confusion as to what I am asking about.
And offering to pay for something sight unseen? And pay additional shipping fee? Sending movers?
