: : : : : I have found several C's and the prices vary considerably.
: : : : : What should a Super C with everything working be worth.

: : : : 1500 + or -

: : : Truett, It depends on what shape its in, tires, engine, paint, wide front or narrow etc. Some parts of the country are higher than others

: : Kevin, I am in North Florida and I am looking for one with working Hydraulics, good running motor, wide front, three point hitch. Paint and tires are not too important. What do you think I should be looking at paying and do you know of one that may be available within 300 miles of here?

: : Thanks,
: : Truett

: Truett, The wide front and 3 pt are not common on that tractor, but I guess you could find one with a wide front and add the 3 pt. I dont know of one in your neck of the woods. A super c with wide front anywhere from 1300 to 2300.

The 3 pnt was not an option. There are after market 3pnts that get
their lift from arms that go up either side of the operators platform
and connect to the rockshafts under the fuel tank, but they are not
very stable and you woln't be pleased in the long run. What you want
to find is a Super C with the fast hitch (or 2pnt hitch) and then
order Worksaver's 2pnt to 3pnt conversion for it. That is a much
more solid setup, only caveat is you have to make sure any implement
you buy has 26" drawbar spacing. A Super C in decent shape with fast
hitch is hard to find below about $1800.
Stan.
