Here in upstate NY (Schoharie County), we got hammered in the recent storm. A local farmer had a barn collapse with over 100 head inside.

Farmers and firefighters rescued 150 trapped cows Tuesday night after a 20,000-square-foot dairy barn collapsed under the weight of three feet of snow, officials said
.
All of the animals got out safe, Middleburgh fire chief Mike Devlin said. One firefighter suffered minor injuries.
Crews were called to the Stanton Family Farm, located at 3271 County Route 145 in Middleburgh, at 6:28 p.m.
"We were on the scene within 10 minutes, even with the snow," Devlin said, noting the blizzard conditions and below freezing temperatures. "Over three-fourths of the barn had already collapsed."
About 25 firefighters and 20 local farmers descended on the building but had to shore up the walls before any rescue efforts could begin.
The crew used a new Paratech stabilization kit and heavy-duty farm equipment to keep what was left of the barn standing, Devlin said.
The Middleburgh Fire Department purchased the stabilization struts just last week for $16,000. They can hold up 20,000 to 80,000 pounds, he said.
