All the pictures and files on my laptop have been encrypted and are being held for bitcoin ransom. The only thing that I can think of that did it was I opened an email that was supposedly from UPS which stated "failure to deliver parcel" and when I opened it, it said to click on the link for further explanation....which was full of garbage. Evidently that garbage was code to encrypt all my files....what a mess! Somehow they knew I was getting a delivery from UPS yesterday which I did get.....
