A while back (10 or 20 years ago) Toro or a Minneapolis Toro dealer offered a "No Snow Guarantee" on every new Toro snowblower sold to Minneapolis buyers. It was something like $50 or $100 back if there was less than 6 inches of snow in Minneapolis that winter. The area averages 50 inches of snow per winter. I don't know if they ever had to pay out on that guarantee.
