When I was doing insurance inspections, our company policy was to rigidly respect privacy fences around a back yard. All we needed to do was take a photo of the fence from our own eye level and submit it as a reason for not accessing the back yard or rear of the house.
For whatever reason, one day an inspector (not me) held his camera above the fence and took a photo of the back yard. He got a great picture--of the homeowner's 14 year old daughter indulging in some topless sunbathing. And she saw the camera.
You wouldn't believe how the stuff hit the fan over that, including the inspector being terminated on the spot.
I've always wondered how that situation related to drones.
