As an attorney my thoughts are if one is without my permission hovering close to my home especially near windows I will shoot it out of the sky (firing a gun is permissible on my rural farm property) and let the owner take me to court and bear the cost and burden of persuasion to convince a judge why I should pay for its replacement. THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE DO NOT DO AS I MIGHT it could cost you big bucks lol I have all the time and resources available to argue my personal property and privacy rights and would actually enjoy doing so.
