As an attorney my thoughts are if one is without my permission hovering close to my home especially near windows I will shoot it out of the sky (firing a gun is permissible on my rural farm property) and let the owner take me to court and bear the cost and burden of persuasion to convince a judge why I should pay for its replacement.
