Hello! I am new to this website, hopefully I am posting this in the correct place. I have a 1954 Ferguson TO30 and I just purchased a 3pt McConnel Power Arm backhoe from a friend of mine. Besides a couple minor hydraulic leaks which are totally fixable, the biggest issue is that the 3pt won't pick up the backhoe, it's too heavy. Now, I came up with a way to mount and unmount it without having to lift it with the 3pt hitch but I am concerned that it's going to do damage just from being attached, even if the lift arms are all the way down. I am just wondering if anyone else has had similar issues or can give any advice for what I should do. Thanks so much!
