Definitely a scam. There are a couple of sure signs:
When you see goofy capitalization and spelling in the title like that, the scammer is trying to avoid filters so the ad stays up longer.
When you see an email address in the clear, the scammer is using the ad to gather email addresses.
Craigslist uses a double-blind email system so that neither the buyer nor the seller get the other's real email address. This scammer wants you to by pass the double-blind system and email them directly so that they will have your real email address.
When you see ads like this, flag them as prohibited. It's the only way these people can be kept in check.
