Don't have a clue what "reparsed" means but I see it and "resplawn" on boot up of the controllers at work all the time. Sometimes it's just a / following it and sometines there a string of numbers.
I have win 7 prem and any time I have a concern I reboot in safe mode and restore to the last automatic restore point. Then I run the virus checks. This works even if you get a screen lock/takeover from a website that locks your computer.
