Since I am into concrete today....
This years big project, once the grain bins are up, is to rebuild the block foundation for the old dairy barn. No problem doing this. The only difference between this and prior projects is that it has windows and a couple doors. The idiot who tore down the silo also scrapped all the steel window frames from the walls. I am thinking there must be a source for new ones but I am having a bit of trouble finding them. I don't need fancy double glazed sash windows. Fixed multi pane, steel frame...I am thinking they tie into the grooves in the end blocks, someone can correct me if I am wrong. I could use a couple of service doors. The slider I can handle..BTDT. Any info appreciated. This is a tough one on Google.
