He is pretty much full of it... BUT it should be noted that the '64 4020s were a bit more like the 4010 then those that followed. They still had the fat injectors, instead of the pencil type; no differential lock; a wiring harness that was changed for the '65 season, etc. The '64's and '65's also still had the oil bath air cleaner like a 4010... and so the 4020 was re-tested at nebraska in '66 with the dry type element. That test did show more horsepower than the earlier test, which was more than a 4010, but not as much as the later 4020s.
