Seems to me most of the guys that hate texting are the same ones that when you call or stop by, you cant seem to get away from that dam old farts. They just want to keep saying the same thing over and over. And when you get close to the door, they reel you back in with another hour worth of useless talk. I am a busy guy and most times a yes or no works great for me. That is so many times often hard to get in voice.
Also, I love texting. I feel I can choose to communicate when I have time and not need the salutations that keep you talking about nothing just to be nice. A conversation can go on for days if needed. It can be hours between responses. And when that is fine, that is the tool to use.....
