I agree with the live auction recommendation. Like others have said, it removes the burden of cleanup from the family, and that in and of itself can be PRICELESS.
"Not enough room" for the auction? Let the auction company figure that out. If there's room for 20 tractors, there's room for an auction.
Also, the sale is one day and done. People are not going to do the "silent bid" thing, and the family won't have to deal with chasing people down. The auctioneer does that. Plus, EVERYTHING gets sold.
An auction is also the best way to reach the widest audience and ensure that the tractors have the best chance to go to a good home where they will be fixed, restored, or used to bring other tractors back to life. Some stuff may go to the scrapper, but at least it will be cleaned up.
