So all we were gonna do was an oil change on daughters Taurus... before we let the car down, I'm checking things out.
Grab the left front tire...oh-oh...got slop...bad wheel bearing....**%&$!!**!...get the knuckle off, old bearing out, send daughter to parts store,install bearing in knuckle, try to compress brake caliper to put back on....What the ?!?!?!?...it won't budge... determine it's the hose, getting late, I gotta work day shift (get up at 4)tomorrow.
So daughters car will be on the lift till about Wednesday.
