takes a lot of cahones to swipe that many wheels off a lot knowing somebody could drive up any second, only thing they stole off a lot around here was the full size spare tires, that was a decade ago, back in the 70's i heard of some that would hop aboard the rail cars, take the tires off new trucks while the train was underway and throw them off near the rail maintenance road, then go back and get all them , one of the reasons they went to fully enclosed and locked auto transport cars on the railroads
