Oh yeah, the only way to do it. Had a thumb smashed with a hammer, that dude throbbed. The millisecond the red-hot needle got through my nail.....instant relief. Wife's big toe got same kind of injury from running. She's a NP, and had me drill it with a hypo needle. Had to do it by hand, she wouldn't let me chuck it up in the cordless DeWalt. :lol:
