I guy just south of here pushed the judge in the county to the breaking point. My cousin is township supervisor there. He was getting endless complaints from people saying the cows were in the road,in corn fields,you name it,it was just open range around there. All he had was a single smooth wire with no electric,and that didn't even go all the way around the farm. The supervisor kept calling county animal control. It all ended up in court. The guy denied they were his cows running the neighborhood. The judge told my cousin to get some help rounding them up,get a hauler and send them to the sale barn and have them send the check to the court. That was the end of wandering cows.
