We had what they called the October storm that was I thinking k in 2006. Weather people were calling for a few inches well that wasn't even close. Three years ago we had what they called the November storm. That was bad. I think the town I am at had the highest snowfall. It was crazy ! We got I think if I remember right was around 84 inches in a few days. There were other places that had 12- 15 foot drifts. Not my idea of a good time. Once it gets that bad I just crank up the coal stove and relax. It will pass and clean up when it's done. As long as all the animals and family are good so am I. This crazy weather is normal operating procedure here. I grew up here and that's what happens. You learn how to figure it out.
