I agree. People can say all they want about Ebay, but I can find stuff there that I'd never find otherwise in a million years. For instance, I had a "noise machine" that had sat next to my bed for well over 20 years making "white noise" every night so I could sleep without waking at every tiny noise in my house. I took it with me on a trip and lost it through forgetfulness. I'd tried others but that model made the best "noise" and stayed on all night. I looked in vain for another but they were NLA. 30 seconds on Ebay and I had one on the way- the exact same model for under $10.00. Or parts for my 444 Bobcat or old chainsaws or old tools, wool pants, books, etc.
Ebay is my first stop for parts and in 20 some years I've been burnt maybe once or twice. Can't beat it.
