You are so right.. Schools here in the USA are the dream work of some engineer and/or architect and made for what they call beauty and not for efficiency. There are schools in Europe that are hundreds of years old and still in use. Here they would be condemned and a new one built that as you say,, would last at best 30 years. Here they want, what they call beauty instead of efficient. We can see how much smarter that has made the students.
