I used some of the purple colored foam from Menards. On all of the sections, except the bottom I used one layer of 1 1/2" and a layer of 1" that brought it flush with all of the frame. The bottom I only used the 1 1/2" as there is a guide on one end that locks the door in place when closed and when open so that section had to have clearance. I also filled the frame with the same foam. The outer cover is some non-fiberglass panels from Menards. The upper panels are put on with screws, so if any have to be replaced I can replace them without replacing the foam.
