Once they have set up a roost they will try to keep coming back to "home". Approaching winter they are close to hibernation so you may want to try to get them out asap, or they may die. You can try making a bunch of noise, using bright lights or spray water on them to run them off. You will need to seal or screen the holes they can use to get back in, the can fit through very small places. If you want the keep them around then build some bat boxes for them to find a new place outside.
