Thanks for the help so far. I apologize for not being more clear. Yes, I was using the term bush hog in a generic way. I should have known better than that. I am not new to this subject. I was of the impression that any twin spindle, modern rotary cutter would be harder for my 35 horse pto to turn? Not so concerned with pulling it except of coarse if it was really heavy. The pasture I have in mind is way high now but I would plan to service it more often if I had proper equipment. I have cut it about 4 times now with my Super Z mid mount including 2" saplings in abundance but it is of course slow and way bumpy and not the best of treatment to it or myself. Will check out the link in Texarkana. I had an old "Bush Hog" , I think 7 foot but it went to my son to use with his H Farmall he just bought.
