Why is it whenever something like this hurricane comes along that all the TV stations have to have people standing out in the middle of it reporting? Tonight on the CBS evening news their main anchor, Scott Pelley was standing out in the rain with a microphone reporting on the hurricane!
They do the same thing in the winter whenever it snows. Some poor sap is standing out in the blizzard, freezing their backside off, and hanging on to a street sign so they don't blow away!
Why don't they just point the camera out the window and show us how bad it is? We'll get the point.
