I remember seeing them as a kid in the bar, but it never appealed to me. About a year ago a friend of mine made some hot pickled quail eggs. I tried one and was suprised to find I liked them :). So tonight we had a dozen puller eggs that I decided to try a recipe from the internet on. 3 jalape�o, E habanero, red pepper, onion, cinnamon, sugar, other stuff. I was simmering it on the stove and cracked the lid to stir it. The steam came up and I took a whiff. It really smelled incredibly good after I put out the fire on my nose hairs lol. I'm really looking forward to this and hope my expectations aren't too high.
