If you think filling out a form is a burden, you'll likely be dealing with much more baloney soon.
In the USA, after the first of the year, a prescription from a veterinarian will be needed to obtain and use feed-grade and water-soluble antibiotics which any form of that drug can also be used for humans. Paperwork galore and we will likely be contributing to our vet's new yacht.
A scarce few feed-grade antibiotics, such as Carbadox, will not fall under these regulations. The fed's are trying to eliminate these drugs by other means.
I haven't been following new regulations on injectables. There's likely some regulatory activity taking place there, too.
