I had a 1952 CJ2A that had the rear PTO with belt pulley Willy's marketed them after the war as an alternative for farmers could use as a tractor on the farm and drive it to town as a multi use unit from what I've read they offered the options into the 60's but do't think they sold many implements after the mid 50's as there was a lot of newer tractor's that were better suited for farm needs if that jeep did come equipped with the options it may be the only one still around I've only seen a cple of the C2's and C3's setup with the rear pulley but never seen the mower before
