The orange grill is the commonly found after market grill that a number of Fiat part sellers are selling these days.Those 1365 tractors are really good I have a 2WD and 4WD I use all the time.The only thing is if they are run with the PTO clutch lever in the 'UP' or disengaged position they'll put pressure on the back of the crankshaft and then the crank first wears out the thrust washers and then wears the crank into the block ruining both.
