There is a Fiat/Oliver on a sale this week. It is rough looking but run well. It is painted Oliver green but has an AC orange color grill in it. There are no decals of any kind and I could not find a serial number plate. It has a four cylinder engine that I know is a Fiat by the looks. It may go real cheap as it looks rough and is in one of the last rows at this sale.

Where would the serial plate be??? Were any of the AC and Oliver tractor close enough for the grille to fit???

Thanks oc-18guy for your reply. There is not a plate there. I own a Oliver 1655 and thought I was familiar with there serial number plate system but not on this tractor. LOL

I am not even sure it is an Oliver. It is painted Oliver Green but has an AC orange grille.

The only thing I am fairly sure of is that the tractor is a Fiat.

Should be on the instrument panel on the left hand side, if you are talking about that little 1250! Was the same as a Fiat 415 and they were orange. Not sure if Fiat made tractors for Allis that early on.

Like OC18 says, right there in the center of the lower dash,on mine anyway.

fiat motor is the VERY BEST imho , my neighbor has a 466 Hesston ,.powerful , starts instantly in cold weather fill it up in the spring and use it all year .a real SUPER sipper.how close of a distant cousin is this tractor to a agripower 9000 , or its younger bros . a friend is looking for a wiring diagram .

Mine was Cockshutt Sumac red when I got it. There was a lighter reddish orange color under the Sumac red. I don't know if they painted over the Fiat orange paint on them at the factory or what. I would think the grills would be interchangeable.

The orange grill is the commonly found after market grill that a number of Fiat part sellers are selling these days. Those 1365 tractors are really good I have a 2WD and 4WD I use
all the time. The only thing is if they are run with the PTO clutch lever in the 'UP' or disengaged position they'll put pressure on the back of the crankshaft and then the
crank first wears out the thrust washers and then wears the crank into the block ruining both.
