Same here - the lots are pretty bumpy but the open pasture is a little better. I've driven it pretty fast through the pasture and it did well. The wheel even with the front of the four wheeler is a dolly wheel. If you really get to moving it does the grocery cart and slows the four wheeler down a bit. We will see how it does in mud. We haven't had any really good mud in NE KS in a while. It's pretty darn sturdy.
