I don't know about Roundup, but I have a nice red raspberry patch that I've had for about 6 or 7 years. Nice fruit, multiple times each summer.
Last spring I had a really bad infestation of Japanese Beetles. They love raspberry leaves. I sprayed my lawn with Malathion to kill the beetles and decided to give the raspberries a shot of it too. That was a HUGE mistake. I severely injured virtually all of the plants and killed many of them. So, I don't know about Roundup, but I do know not use Malathion again. I plan to order some replacement plants this fall and try to restore the patch.
Good luck with your weed control. I pull and clip grass out of my patch all summer long.
