Hang in there I'm just coming out of shoulder repair I split the rotator cuff in half. I know what you mean there's only so much tv you can watch . My blood pressure went nuts after surgery and still is. I started driving 3 days after surgery had friends grounded for the first day then on my own. Started walking and picking up rocks then started tearing out fence told that to the therapist he said you'll be sorry and a few more words. Just the other day he looked at me and said there's a woman that had the same surgery at the same time she has full range of motion (I've still got 10 degrees to go) and no pain then he asked what did I tell you? I was tempted to tell him I got a pile of rock out of the field and over 3/4 mile of fence cleaned and removed by hand but I think I'm in the dog house already. So keep that chair anchored down and feet up and good luck
