The new pond is a little larger, and I think my son wants the old one for his new home in Grosse Pointe Park. I have never heard of Flexseal. I was going to fiberglass it when I found it. It seems to have healed itself as the water level quit dropping, but I couldn't trust it after the initial problems. The old one also had some Hostas planted around it but this spot is too sunny and they got scarred. I planted them in different spots in the shade in the front yard...
