When we started selling Goodyear tires 25+ years we had some of the more aggressive ones do the squirm especially with a trailer on back. I called the Gdyr rep, he told me to let some air out of the tires. They are riding on the center 2 " of the tread. He was right when we let 15 to 20 lbs out of the tires, and let the full face of the tread run on the highway, they straightened right up. I would not have believed it because it seems like just the opposite thing to do. This worked for other brands we sold too. I would not be afraid of Cooper tires. Good luck with your decision.
