You guys are great! And fast. Can't believe how many replies I got so quickly. I'm leaning towards an 8n because of monetary constraints. I'm beginning to think live PTO is out of my price range in my area (southern Indiana). The only thing I'd need one for is a bush hog, and an over running bearing will solve this? My biggest concern: does an 8n have the hp to pull a 2 bottom and a disc? I'll be using it to plow a couple 1/2 acre food plots and a big garden. Also, there seems to be a surplus of 40s Farmalls around here within my budget, especially model Hs. Advantages of a Farmall H over an 8n? How about parts availability? Rural King looks like it has enough parts to rebuild an 8n from the wheels up!
