For a first time tractor owner, driver I recommend a lower profile utility with wide front axle over a taller narrow front row crop style just for the safety aspect of having a more stable platform on those rolling pastures.
I understand a limited budget but you'll be better off stepping up to a slightly newer model with live pto, three point hitch gives better options on implements purchases.
AC d-14, d-15 are good, most d-15 have 3 pt hitch
Ford 660, 661, 860, 861, 3000 are all good, love my 4000SU
JD 1010, 1020, 2010, 2020, some later 2 cylinder models had wide front and 3pt hitch, 420 comes to mind

Oliver 55, 550
There's other good brands as well but these are the ones I have working knowledge on.
