They are signing onto non binding agreements that mandate these standards but there are clauses that allow them to bow out and they use every one. This whole world effort is a sham. It's designed to bring everyone to the same standard of living in the "one world concept". The thing they forget to tell us is that it moves jobs out of our country to other countries making more jobs available there while BRING US DOWN. There is no way to bring even 1/4th of the 3rd world countries up to our standard of living so in an effort to make everything even they will bring us down to that level.
