Loaders are most certainly NOT universal, especially across brands. Even within a brand, loader mounting is different from series to series.
Stranger things have happened but the odds of even a single bolt hole lining up in the right place for that Massey loader on your International tractor are pretty slim. You will need to modify the mounting brackets or fabricate adapters somehow, if you want to make it fit.
Does the 240 have power steering? IF not, you will regret putting a loader on it. So maybe Plan A would be the best idea at this stage.
