Short answer NO!!! LOL the internal gearing is 1000 RPM only from the factory. I am not saying your could not have gears made or some thing but there is nothing that is a bolt on off the shelf way to get 540 RPM PTO on a JD 4520. That 1000 RPM PTO is one reason that a JD 4520 or 4620 did not sell well until the collectors got hunting them lately.
