Had a little cub with bad rear rims and tires, had a good pair of 20" snow tires mounted on Dayton rims off a grain truck. Day's work and a little welding and problem solved. I use the cub as a yard tug to pull trailers and such, tires will outlast the cub (and me probably!).
I cut the centers a little oversize and used the grinder to get a somewhat tight fit. Dismounted the tires. Then jacked the cub up and fit the rims to the centers while it ran slowly round and round, pretty much sighted it in by eye and tacked it when I had it running true. Took them off and finished welding skipping from side to side to try and control the distortion. After remounting the tires they ran under 1/4" wobble, close enough.
