I agree that your SCV is leaking internally. I posted on here about a month ago about my 4020 doing the same thing. Tim S from this sight commented saying this would be my problem. He is all set up to rebuild them at a fair price. Had him switch to pioneer for me also at the same time. Tractor works great now. He does a great job, if your looking to have someone do the work for you, look him up!
